This house was renovated in 2023 and is located in Noirmoutier, opposite the fishing and sailing port of L'Herbaudière, with an exceptional panoramic sea view. The ground floor comprises a kitchen, a dining room, a lounge with television and a veranda with a view of the port, a first bedroom (2 twin 80cm beds), a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160) and (2 twin beds 80) as well as a shower room/WC. Each bedroom has a sea view. Outside, there is a 30 m² south-facing patio with deckchairs, barbecue, table and chairs. Garage available for storing bicycles. Free, unrestricted all-season car parking opposite the house. The house is adjoined by two holiday homes. The accommodation is 200 m from La Linière beach and 250 m from the shops and the 3-star La Marine restaurant.
