To the north of the island of Noirmoutier lies La Madeleine, a small hamlet very close to the charming village of Le Vieil. It's in this magnificent unspoilt location, on the dune, 10 metres from the beach in a pretty little cove, that I'm offering for rent a typical white fisherman's cottage with blue shutters, completely renovated and extended by an architect (110m2, capacity 6 adults and 2 children). 4 bedrooms (1 master bed 180; 1 with 2 twin beds 90; 1 with 2 bunk beds; 1 independent bed 160, shower room and wc), living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room-veranda, shower room with Italian shower and wc, 1 independent wc, south-facing terrace, enclosed garden of 600 m2. The house is fully furnished, with all baby equipment, Wi-Fi, Nespresso, garden furniture, Weber barbecue, etc.

We accept one well-behaved pet. Weekly pet fee: 70 euros.
End-of-stay cleaning 130 euros, security deposit 1000 euros, deposit 25%.
Rates shown are for 3 bedrooms (4 adults + 2 children maximum). Use of a fourth bedroom (6 adults + 2 children maximum) will incur an additional charge.
