‘Welcome to our peaceful home, Sel, which I love, offering a relaxing stay for all the family. Close to the beach (200 metres) and shops (300 metres), it is located in the village of l'Epine. 

The house has 4 bedrooms.

The main room of around 30m² opens onto the living room and fitted kitchen.

The latter includes:

- dishwasher

- oven

- microwave oven

- Nespresso

- coffee maker and kettle

- toaster

The house is equipped with the latest technology:

- WIFI

- TV SET

- Combined fridge and freezer

- Bluetooth speaker

A corridor leads to the sleeping area:

-A first bedroom sleeping three: a 140x190cm bunk bed and a 90x190cm single bed, with wardrobe.

- A second bedroom with 2 90x200cm beds (which can be joined together) and a cupboard (wardrobe and shelves).

- A third bedroom with a 90x190cm bed and wardrobe.

- A shower room and separate toilet complete the sleeping area.

- On the other side of the house, there is a master suite with a 160x200 bed and en-suite shower room.

A 7kg washing machine is available in the garage.

The garage is also available for storing bicycles and parasols.

The south-facing terrace has a dining table and chairs, as well as a sunbathing area with acapulco armchairs and deckchairs.

Travellers are asked to bring their own duvet covers, pillowcases and towels.
