The House

Holiday home 200 meters from the beach and the center of La Guérinière, renovated and expanded in 2023. Nestled in a quiet area, the house and its large garden will offer you a peaceful stay.

The house features, on the night side: 4 bedrooms (1 double bedroom with a 160x200 bed, 1 double bedroom with two 80x200 beds, a bedroom with four beds (1 single bed 80x200 with a pull-out bed 80x180 and two mattresses (80x200 and 70x190) on a mezzanine, 1 bedroom with a daybed (1 mattress 80x200 extendable with 1 mattress 80x200), a bathroom and a shower room with WC (sheets and towels optional, package of €15/person).

On the day side of the house, you will find a spacious entrance, a laundry room, a separate WC, and a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room opening onto a 40 m² terrace with a table that can accommodate 10 guests under a large parasol. All this in a wooded and enclosed garden of 450 m² where you will have a barbecue, deck chairs, and beach chairs, an hammock as well as a beach cart.

The Surroundings

The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. You are 200 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the centre of the village of La Guérinière. There you will find a newsstand, a bakery, a pharmacy, a mini-market, and other local shops. 200 meters from the house, you can rent bicycles to explore the island without the summer traffic (25 minutes to Noirmoutier-en-l’Île, 15 minutes to the center of L’Épine, 20 minutes to Barbâtre).
