Discover our charming cottage, the ‘Longe Côte’, freshly built in 2023, classified 3 stars ‘Clévacances’, nestled along the Dunes du Vieil.

Just 80 metres from a family beach. Accessible in 2 minutes on foot. Our accommodation is ideally located for exploring and enjoying the wonders of our beautiful island.
From our accommodation, set off to discover Noirmoutier en l'île. The town centre, with its lively market, restaurants, shops and cinema, is around 10 minutes away by bike. The charming village of Le Vieil, 5 minutes away, has a mini-market, tobacconist's and restaurants. 

 The accommodation comprises a large living room with a corner sofa and a high-quality sofa bed with an ultra-comfortable mattress. Mattress size 140, duvet size 200x200. Pillows and duvet can be stored in the sofa. The bedroom has 2 80cm beds, which can be brought together to make a 160cm bed. Two 140 x 200 duvets, wardrobe. Fitted kitchen with induction hob, 10 place dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso, toaster, combined oven/microwave. Linen room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

 Very good internet thanks to Elon Musk's Starlink. Ideal for teleworking. July and August minimum 1 week The rest of the year minimum 2 nights.
